Timothy H. Delaney

President 

Tim joined the Lancer Group in 2012. He has over 20 years of experience in insurance underwriting and marketing. He began his career in 1999 as an Assistant Broker with Besso Limited in London. In 2000, Tim joined AIG's National Union (Executive Liability) in New York as an underwriter in the National Accounts Division. Over the next eight years he held several positions, including three years as National Accounts Regional Manager in San Francisco and, later, Assistant Vice President in the home office. In 2008, Tim joined Ironshore Insurance, eventually becoming Senior Vice President of Management Liability Products. Tim is a graduate of Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

Wayne S. Ricci

Executive Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer

Wayne joined the Lancer Group in 1988. His background includes 40 years of underwriting experience. He began his career at the Fireman's Fund Insurance Group, under whose sponsorship he attended the College of Insurance in New York. He later served as an Assistant Vice President for Patricia Fleischman, Inc., a New York-based underwriting management organization. Wayne was named Lancer's Chief Underwriting Officer in 2002.

Timothy O'Sullivan

Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer

Tim joined Lancer in 2002, and manages the Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Tax operations. His experience includes over 30 years in the insurance accounting field. Prior to joining the Lancer Group, Tim held management positions at several property and casualty and life insurance companies, including Empire Insurance Company and New York Life Insurance Company. He began his career in the audit field in 1991 with KPMG's Insurance Practice. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1991, and holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Robert A. Mackenzie

Senior Vice President, Chief Actuary

Bob joined the Lancer Group in 1988. His background includes over 30 years of actuarial work in commercial automobile insurance. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany. Bob was named Lancer's Chief Actuary in 2018.

Mark P. Libertine

Senior Vice President, Claims

Mark has been with Lancer since 1993. He has over 36 years of commercial automobile claims handling and claims management experience. Prior to joining Lancer, he was employed with Progressive Insurance as a Sr. Claims Examiner, and responded to catastrophic claims throughout the U.S. Mark obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Kent State University, and later went on to obtain a Master's degree in Business from Baldwin Wallace College.
